The old order has already crumbled..

This scandal into the fixing of Libor by 19 banks over the period 2004 - 2009 is yet another deeply damaging episode that along with the MPs expenses scandal, the phone hacking scandal and the banking crash of 2007 - 2008 all happened under the last Labour government.

Mr Richards, the Coalition is still clearing up the mess left by the old order.
